1. Order Processing Times

Orders placed Monday through Friday before 2:00 PM EST are typically processed and queued for fulfillment within 24 to 48 business hours. Orders placed over the weekend or during national holidays will process on the subsequent business day. Regulated medical equipment requiring prescription verification will dispatch immediately once clinical approval is confirmed.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Methods

• Standard Ground Shipping (2-5 business days): Flat rate of $8.99, or FREE on orders over $99.
• Expedited Air Shipping (2-Day Air): Calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination zip code.
• Overnight Express Delivery (1 business day): Priority next-day delivery for emergency medical replacements.
• Freight Curbside Delivery: Heavy equipment including semi-electric hospital beds and patient lift systems ship via specialized LTL freight carriers with scheduled delivery appointments.

3. Real-Time Tracking & Notifications

Once your order is scanned at our distribution center, an automated shipping confirmation email containing your direct courier tracking number will be sent to your email address. You can also monitor your shipment anytime using our Online Order Tracking Portal.

4. Damaged or Lost Shipments

All shipments are fully insured against loss or transit damage. If your package arrives with visible physical damage, please document the outer packaging with photos and email info@pharmacaintegrative.us within 48 hours so we can promptly file a carrier claim and dispatch an immediate replacement.
