Q:How do I place an order on your website?
Simply browse our catalog and click 'Request to Order' or 'ADD TO CART' on any product. A fast inquiry form will open where you can input your details. Our clinical care team reviews equipment availability and will reach back out to verify and finalize your order.
Q:Which products require a doctor's prescription?
Under FDA regulations, continuous positive airway pressure machines (CPAP/BiPAP), complete CPAP mask sets, oxygen concentrators, and regulated humidifiers require a prescription. Replacement cushions, headgear, tubing, mobility walkers, and hospital beds do NOT require a prescription.
Q:How do I submit my prescription?
You can send your prescription via email to rx@pharmacaintegrative.us or use our online Prescription Verification Center. We can also reach out directly to your prescribing physician on your behalf.
Shipping & Transit
Q:How much does shipping cost?
Standard ground shipping is FREE on all orders over $99. For orders under $99, standard flat rate shipping is $8.99.
Q:How quickly do orders ship out?
Orders placed Monday through Friday before 2:00 PM EST typically dispatch within 24 to 48 business hours. Continental US delivery usually takes 2 to 5 business days.
Q:How can I track my package?
Once dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details. You can also track your shipment anytime on our online Order Tracking page.
Insurance & Payment
Q:Do you bill Medicare or private health insurance?
We operate as a direct-to-consumer cash retail medical supplier to deliver wholesale-level pricing without insurance delays. We provide itemized receipts with standard HCPCS codes that you may submit for insurance reimbursement or FSA/HSA expenditure.
Q:Can I use an HSA or FSA debit card?
Yes! Most medical equipment, CPAP machines, mobility aids, and sleep therapy accessories qualify for Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) funds.
